1. Student should download the form from the website and fill-out the form electronically. The student has 5 working days from the date of the exam to send the appeal to the adviser.
2. The student should send the completed form to the adviser for review and remarks (electronically).
3. The adviser should send the form to the lecturer for recommendation. (electronically)
4. The lecturer should send the form to the department coordinator for filing, consolidation and for the department council’s decision. (electronically)
** Process of collecting resit appeal forms from advisers or lecturers may be changed depending on what is convenient for the departments.
