Bachelor level students of Chemical Engineering visited Environment Authority, Salalah in coordination with the Industrial and Community Engagement Committee to learn about practical environmental methods of analysis. By inspecting various samples, ranging from diverse sources of water to soil, the Environmental Authority provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn more about their primary function and how they contribute to the healthy environment.
Throughout the visit, the students learn about innovative technological equipments for physical, chemical, and biological analysis. They also gained a comprehensive understanding of the academic and practical knowledge of their biochemical engineering course after learning about using specific technology facilities in their laboratories.
